Gas Generators

To ensure uninterrupted power to all operations around the clock, The Asiatic Group has gas- burning generators producing 1.8 MW of electricity.

Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)

It runs an Effluent Treatment Plant with a capacity of 90 cubic meters per hour, using the most contemporary technology to cleanse industrial effluents both chemically and biologically.

Exhaust Gas Boilers (EGB) & Bio-mass Boiler

The Asiatic Group also operates boilers of capacity 27.5 tons including bio-mass

Exhaust Gas Boilers (EGB) with a capacity of 7.5 tons.

These are sourced from world-famous brands and maintained properly.

Water Treatment Plant (WTP)

All the water the Group consumes through its own deep tube wells is appropriately treated through a water-softening plant.

Caustic Recovery Plant

The Caustic Recovery Plant recovers 80% of the caustic soda, used in fabric mercerizing, with a capacity of 7 tons per hour.

The recovered soda is continuously re-used in the process.
